Some of our projects…
Supporting the British Heart Foundation to gather insights from cardiovascular patients in an inclusive and supportive way
We worked closely with the British Heart Foundation to map out their future insight aims, current insight sources, recruitment networks and created an inclusive insight gathering and recruitment plan. We spoke with over 50 people and conducted 4 workshops to understand the current experiences and unmet needs. The insights for this project are now supporting the British Heart Foundation to prioritise their focus for the future to improve services and support for cardiovascular patients and those with risk factors.
Supporting Imperial College London to co-design inclusive service touchpoints to increase attendance of breast cancer screening

Improving end-of-life care in hospital environments with the Helix Centre and NHS
I worked with the Helix team to support Imperial Hospital to understand what is working well and what could be improved around end-of-life care in hospital environments, specifically focusing on understanding the current experiences and needs from marginalised communities.
We ran interviews and co-design workshops to understand current experiences and co-create future improvements. We worked with people with lived experience to help us shape this project and research in an accessible, inclusive and caring way.
Supporting Sensing Spaces of Healthcare to explore how to improve hospital environments for children and young people and people on maternity wards
Inclusively worked with Sensing Spaces of Healthcare to help run research workshops to inform future design briefs
Inclusively ran two workshops one with children and young people at Great Ormond Street Hospital and one in a maternity ward in Bristol. These workshops were built on previous research and creating a space for ideation with users to help create design briefs.
